Order Issues

I entered the wrong address—what now?

Email us ASAP at hello@your-newera.com. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it has, we’ll try to reship as a one-time courtesy.

My tracking number hasn’t updated.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement. Still not showing? Reach out and we’ll investigate.

My order says “Return to Sender.”

Check with your local carrier to confirm the address. Then email us—we’ll help resolve the issue.

My package arrived damaged.

We’re so sorry! Email us photos of the damage and your order number. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement.
